I totally wasn't going to start working on Rebekah's block yet because I had other things to get done... then I started playing with the fabric and oops, I made a block.
I did add a little bit of fabric from my own scraps but most of it was Rebekah's fabric. I have lots left over so I do believe there'll be a second block :) This was SO fun to make! I hope you like it, Rebekah!
I'm in the middle of making the first of two blocks and I like yours better. I'm getting hung up on making all the logs equal within the round and how to make all those differnt colors work together. I think the second will end up much more 'free'. This looks fantastic.
Well I love it!

ReplyDeleteI love how this turned out! I'm so geeked...it's fun to see my scraps turned into something beautiful!
ReplyDeleteReally nice! I arranged two piles this morning of the scraps into block ideas... It takes me a while to commit, I think I may sew them up tomorrow. :)
ReplyDeleteWow. This is awesome. I had so much fun being random piecing these blocks, but yours is SO much cooler. Very, very nice!
